Stellan Skarsgård Wore Loewe To The ‘Histoires De La Nuit’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere
Jury member Stellan Skarsgård attended the Histoires De La Nuit premiere during the Cannes Film Festival this evening.

The Swedish actor wore a Loewe by Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez peak-lapel single-breasted jacket, with the red matching shirt and tie amplifying the impact of the classic tailoring.
The tonal shirt-and-tie styling has quickly become a signature detail for the label under this new direction, as we also saw on Pedro Almodóvar, whose navy Loewe suit was paired with a yellow shirt and matching tie.

It’s a subtle shift, but one which instantly modernises traditional tailoring. Instead of relying solely on cut or proportion, the saturated colour pairing injects freshness and personality into otherwise timeless suiting. In Stellan’s case, the vivid red against the black tuxedo created a sharp, graphic contrast which gave the look far more presence on the red carpet than a standard white shirt ever could.
The look was styled with Loewe Bobine derby shoes.
Stylist: Emine Sander.
