Celebrities at the ‘Full Phil’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Following the photocall, Kristen Stewart, Charlotte Le Bon, and Emma Mackey returned to the red carpet for the Cannes Film Festival premiere of their upcoming film, Full Phil, where they continued their affiliations with Chanel, Dior, and Louis Vuitton.

Graphic Glamour

Of the three actresses, Kristen Stewart surprised me the most. We know she loves a tailored moment at Cannes, with her The Chronology of Water and The Innocent premieres standing as testaments to that preference, so I was expecting more of the same here. This black-and-red Chanel Fall 2026 full-length dress was not on my radar for Kristen at all.

Sure, she found a look that leans into her other signature territory, sheer enough to reveal her undergarments, but the graphic texture and elongated silhouette gave this far more impact than her usual barely-there lace or tailored moments. It feels rebellious without trying too hard, and the lack of heavy styling allowed the dress to hold all the attention.

The red lip was the perfect finishing touch, picking up the scarlet tones woven through the gown, while Chanel High Jewelry, including the Comète Harmonie ring and Chanel Première Ribbon red watch, completed her look.

Sharp Shift

Charlotte Le Bon delivered exactly the kind of tailoring moment I had anticipated from Kristen. The French actress wore Dior once again, this time selecting a look from Jonathan Anderson’s Dior Spring 2026 menswear collection.

What makes this work is Charlotte’s attitude. She wore the cropped tuxedo jacket, waistcoat, and sharply tailored trousers with complete confidence, letting the masculine lines stay dominant. The swept-over hair and hands-in-pockets stance sold the nonchalance of it all.

I also appreciated that the styling never became overly precious. The Roger Vivier Viv Rangers loafers kept the look rooted in that relaxed menswear spirit, while the Boucheron brooch added to the refinement. So far, she’s shaping up to be one of the most intriguing on this press tour.

Minimal Mood

Emma Mackey is no doubt going to be the minimalist of the trio. The French actress was once again in Louis Vuitton, wearing what the house described as a trompe l’oeil two-piece draped dress. The wording may sound overly technical, but the result was refreshingly simple.

The fluid construction gives the gown a seamless finish that skims the body beautifully while sitting perfectly within Emma’s quieter sensibility compared to her contemporaries, and that consistency is working in her favour. Nothing feels forced. She lets clean silhouettes and subtle construction details do the work.

Mini Malle earrings in white gold and diamonds from the Louis Vuitton High Jewelry collection completed her look.
