Leighton Meester stepped out at the 2026 Critics’ Choice Awards on Sunday evening in Santa Monica to support her husband, Adam Brody, who was nominated for Best Actor in a Comedy Series for Nobody Wants This.

While the evening celebrated his work, Leighton’s red carpet appearance quietly became one of those moments that reminds you why she remains such a steady fashion presence.

Wearing a strapless column dress from the Carolina Herrera Spring 2026 collection, Leighton delivered a look that felt like a welcome jolt of lightness in the middle of winter. The soft lilac hue alone lifts the mood, especially when much of awards season leans darker. The silhouette was simple, but far from plain.

Her jewellery choices complemented the gown beautifully. Leighton wore earrings from the Chopard Haute Joaillerie Collection in 18k white gold with pink sapphires and diamonds, paired with a ring from the L’Heure du Diamant Collection.

The beauty look sealed it. Her makeup was fresh and softly defined, with lilac eye makeup, a soft red lip and luminous skin that worked perfectly with the colour palette of the gown. Loose, softly waved hair framed her face, reinforcing the effortless feel of the entire look.
