Lady Gaga Wore Anton Femia To The ‘Wednesday’ Graveyard Gala
Lady Gaga never needs an invitation to go full theatre, but the Wednesday “Graveyard Gala” offered her the perfect stage to unleash her gothic imagination.

The singer-actress arrived in an Anton Femia creation from his final Central Saint Martins collection — a look that hovered somewhere between insect and aristocrat. Voluminous black tulle balloon trousers, a razor-sharp corset dripping with silver talismans, and sleeves that swirled like smoke created a vision both sinister and striking.
But Gaga never stops at half measures. From the back, translucent insect wings unfurled, pushing the look from couture spectacle into gothic fantasy. Add to that a sculptural black hat by Matthew David Andrews with milliner Jenny Beattie, ghostly face paint, and towering platform boots, and she became a living piece of dark performance art.
Some with say she’s wearing a costume, but this was Gaga embodying the spirit of Wednesday: eerie, camp, and completely captivating.
