Jenna Ortega Wore GapStudio To The ‘Wednesday’ Graveyard Gala

Just when we thought Jenna Ortega’s Wednesday Season 2 press tour had officially wrapped (and it had), she popped up again like the most stylish ghost you’ve ever seen.

Netflix and Spotify hosted the Wednesday Graveyard Gala at Guastavino’s in New York City, and of course, Jenna delivered a look that screamed thematic perfection.

The actress wore a custom GapStudio by Zac Posen creation—a goth glam distressed, washed T-shirt gown that felt perfectly in line with her darkly mischievous fashion streak. Deconstructed, undone, but undeniably cool.

Some of you weren’t completely sold on her press run, calling it too costumey. But a soft floral midi was just not going to cut it on this press tour. Theatrics are the DNA of Wednesday—and Jenna knows that better than anyone.

This look leaned a touch more effortless and stripped back compared to her snakeskin gown (still my favourite moment of the tour) or those exaggerated mutton sleeves. But the intent was clear: keep the mood heavy, the edge sharp, and the character-driven styling intact. Black platform boots and slick, wet-look hair kept things grounded in goth chic rather than full costume.

If I were ranking, this would sit firmly in my top five from her whirlwind of standout press looks—right up there with Ashi Studio at the London premiere, Markgong at Netflix’s Tudum global fan event, and Givenchy at the London launch. Jenna may have closed her official press duties, but clearly, the graveyard shift isn’t over.

Karma El Khalil, İTÄ, and Ali Weiss Jewelry completed her look.

Stylist: Enrique Melendez.
