Celebrities at the 2024 GQ Men Of The Year Awards
Tuesday evening saw a stylish turnout for the 2024 GQ Men Of The Year Awards held at The Roof Gardens in London, with notable names from film, television, music, and even football serving memorable looks. Let’s break down the notable guests of the night.

Winter Is Here
Our favourite impeccably dressed villain, Ewan Mitchell, embraced the frosty London weather on Tuesday, after it snowed, in style. The ‘House of the Dragon’ actor stepped out in a Dior Men’s Fall 2024 charcoal-striped wool twill bar coat—a refined choice for winter elegance. If this coat looks familiar, you may recall seeing Ethan Herisse donning the same design in a light grey version earlier this week. Ewan’s darker take feels perfectly suited to the season, and his villain persona.

Denim Done Right
‘Sex Education’ actor Asa Butterfield veered away from the tailored norm, embracing a double-denim look from Dior Men’s Fall 2024 collection. Opting for the commercial version of the Safari jacket over the runway’s look 24, Asa nailed smart-casual sophistication, proving double denim can look and be elevated.

Corey’s Cardigan Cool
‘Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story’ actor Corey Mylchreest embraced subtle elegance in a black-on-black Lanvin ensemble, pairing a collared cardigan with understated refinement.

Pinstripe Power
‘Babygirl’ actor Harris Dickinson brought Tiger of Sweden into focus with a brown pinstripe suit. While Dan Levy and Eddie Redmayne have taken the label’s flared styles for a spin, Harris’ traditional cut kept it classic.

Suit Repeat, Still Sweet
Harry Lawtey revisited Saint Laurent’s Fall 2024 tonal brown suit, previously seen on Reece Feldman. The ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’ star swapped the sheer shirt seen on the runway for a denser version – a wise move considering the snow in London this week, proving even repeat ensembles can feel fresh.

Laid-Back Luxe
Joe Alwyn exuded relaxed elegance in a Fursac leather jacket, silk shirt, and black trousers. Paired with Jimmy Choo boots and a Cartier timepiece, this look screamed effortless refinement.
Blue Hue Blues
Jude Law traded tonal white for shades of blue in a Givenchy ensemble, complete with his signature scarf. The suit’s silhouette left me longing for a slimmer fit.

Flared & Fabulous
Kit Price and William Franklyn Miller matched in flared, double-breasted Saint Laurent suits. Both were impeccably styled with William’s white tie added a charming vintage flair.

Sporting Style
Manchester United football player Kobbie Mainoo, honoured on the night, may have been giving a nod to his idol David Beckham with a Bottega Veneta Resort 2025 leather look. Â The look was kept fresh with Bottega Veneta Torino boots, and a modern white tank.

Fall’s Finest
Malachi Kirby stepped away from black in favour of warm neutrals and earthy tones. His oversized blazer struck the perfect balance between cozy and chic.

Classroom Chic
British-Nigerian rapper Skepta used the event to spotlight his Mains label, donning an all-white outfit from his school-themed Spring 2025 collection, complete with graphics of classroom essentials supplies such as scissors, compass protractors, square sets.

False Start
Olympian Usain Bolt is a man who oozes flair, but I wasn’t sold on the colour or the fit of the trousers of this Bottega Veneta suit.
