Fan Bingbing Wore Rami Al Ali Couture To The Busan Film Festival Opening Ceremony

Fresh from the 2023 San Sebastian Festival, and her appearance on the runway for the Mugler Spring 2024 show, Fan Bingbing attended the opening ceremony of the 28th Busan International Film Festival today (October 4) in South Korea.

The actress may be known for her love for princess gowns, but those gowns are frequently presenting themselves with a bit more of an edge.

Take this coral pink Rami Al Ali Fall 2023 Couture liquid organza sculptural gown with a deep v neckline for example, which is far from the tulle, floral embellished gowns we saw earlier in her career.

Fan Bingbing seems to be more willing to take risks.

But did this risk pay off?

My first thought was: blancmange.  Followed by the feeling that this dress was a little too big for her, but I adore the colour, the unique fabric, and how she dared to do something a bit different.
