Gemma Arterton Wore Stella McCartney To ‘The Critic’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Gemma Arterton attended ‘The Critic’ Toronto Film Festival premiere held at Princess of Wales Theatre on Monday (September 11) in Ontario.

The actress wore a look which you may be surprised to learn is from the Stella McCartney Resort 2024 collection, as the British designer is known for her looks which ooze a striking sense of femininity.

But when it comes to this look, the fit is inspired by the borrowed-from-the-boys trend, which sees a boxier fit and elongated silhouette offering a new, refreshing take.

If I was to form my own narrative with this look, I would say that this is the look you would borrow from your boyfriend, when you don’t want to do the “walk of shame” in the dress you wore the night before.

We’ve seen a lot of oversized menswear inspired looks recently, and some have felt a bit contrived,

This isn’t one of those looks, as the overall feeling is very relaxed and effortless.
