Chris Pine Wore Bally, Laura Basci, Giuliva Heritage & Brunello Cucinelli Promoting ‘Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves’
When the promo tour for ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ came to an end, I was already excited for Chris Pine’s ‘Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves’ promo tour which kicked off during the SXSW Film Festival last week.
For the world premiere the actor went tonal wearing a Bally Spring 2023 suit.
A sartorial suit is already a refined style, yet the Italian house took things one step further by crafting it from soft suede unlocking another level of sophistication and elegance.
The discerning design was styled with a silk shirt which adds a smooth, lustrous, and unabashedly decadent touch which has me swooning over this look.
For the ‘Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves’ special LA screening the actor wore Laura Basci.
Laura Basci is a LA-based designer (who is also known for tailoring many red carpet looks) designed this custom brown wool suit for the actor.
Fusing traditional tailoring and with relaxed fabrics, in my humble opinion the trousers were a tad too long.
For Monday’s (March 20) Berlin premiere, the actor kept the same pendant chain, colourful pocket square, black top, double-breasted brown suit energy, wearing Giuliva Heritage.
You may remember that the actor wore this Italian label during his last promo tour.
On this occasion I’m a little less enamoured on account of the styling.
A turtleneck in a warm shade of camel, green or brown would’ve been preferred over the black.
Now we’re talking.
F or the Paris photocall, Chris gave us an ‘80s Miami Vice inspired look from Brunello Cucinelli’s Spring 2023 collection, and I’m so here for it.
My brain is saying no to a white linen suit and denim shirt combo, but my heart is saying yes.
So much YES. A thousand times yes.
Especially with the loafers.
Moving on to the Paris premiere, Chris wore another look from Giuliva Heritage.
Le Smoking was birthed in the ‘60s, and decades later it still holds the same impact and status.
The jaunty neckerchief and loose fit v-neck t-shirt presented a more relaxed outlook which was in stark contrast to the pinstriped suit.
So far this has been a fun promo tour. I hope we get to see more.
