Jessica Chastain Wore Gucci To The 2023 Oscars

Jessica Chastain was also a returning winner for the 2023 Oscars, joining Ariana DeBose.

They say comparison is the thief of joy, so I’m going to try not to compare this Gucci dress to Jessica’s 2022 Oscars and 2022 Vanity Fair Oscar Party dresses which were also designed by Gucci.

But if I was, I would say this doesn’t hold a candle to either.

I like the silhouette, as we will always applaud a Jessica Rabbit moment, but the black elements; especially the train feel a bit random and ultimately threw me off loving this look.

So in conclusion, I’m kinda torn.  This might grow on me later.
