Maggie Gyllenhaal Wore Chloe To The 2022 Critics’ Choice Awards

Maggie Gyllenhaal channeled Old Hollywood elegance at the 2022 Critics Choice Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 13) — where she was nominated for Best Original Screenplay for her film ‘The Lost Daughter.’
If there’s anyone who can embody nostalgic glamor to the fullest on a red carpet, it’s Maggie Gyllenhaal.
The writer and director absolutely stunned in a Bespoke Chloe white asymmetrical dress, crafted in deadstock silk crepe and elevated by a nappa leather bubble sleeve top.
The gown was designed by Gabriela Hearst herself and created bespoke by the Chloé ateliers in Paris for the occasion — and goodness did it meet the moment well.
Through all of awards season thus far, I feel like Maggie looked her most ethereal — and arguably, most comfortable — in this modestly classic style.
All I’ll say is that if she’s giving this much elegance on the Critics Choice Awards red carpet, I cannot wait to see what she delivers at the Oscars.
