Lupita Nyong’o In Atelier Versace – 2019 Met Gala

Forget Skittles candies.

All you need to taste the rainbow is Lupita Nyong’o’s look at the 2019 Met Gala on Monday (May 6) in New York City.

The actress has always known how to go bold with bright colours, and that she did in spades with this Atelier Versace pink star-embroidered gown topped off with ruffled rainbow wings and a matching fan.

The piece de resistance, though, were the gold afro combs placed just so in her own afro-inspired hair — oh, and the OTT glitzy eye makeup that would likely make any drag queen both proud and envious.
