2018 InStyle Awards

Here is roundup of the other ladies who joined Lily Collins, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Tracee Ellis Ross at the 2018 InStyle Awards on Monday (October 22) in LA.

Jennifer Aniston: Water is wet. The sky is blue. Jennifer Aniston is wearing a black dress.

Laverne Cox: The actress was channeling her inner Beyonce Knowles wearing a Johanna Ortiz Resort 2017 dress which oozed plenty of latin flare.

Storm Reid: Dressed in Preen by Thornton Bregazzi Resort 2019, this glittering confection was given a playful flourish thanks to her uber sweet afro puffs

2018 InStyle Awards

Alice Eve: The British actress wore a part sweet, part rebellious Simone Rocha Fall 2018 dress which we’ve previously seen on Gayle Rankin. Pretty pink sandals make all the difference here.

Lizzy Caplan: Missoni aren’t known for their suits, but that zig-zag print makes this a timeless classic.  I love how the minty pumps lift this look.

Rebel Wilson: The actress was part of a host of stars in Givenchy.  This LBD was given a quirky twist thanks to the dual-colour pumps.

2018 InStyle Awards

Olivia Culpo: Kate Spade New York are known for their cutesy frocks, but Olivia proves that their Spring 2019 tailoring is also to be admired.

Constance Wu:  Judging by those vintage-inspired florals and bustier, I’m sure you immediately guessed that the ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ star was wearing Brock Collection.

Laura Harrier: If you had guessed that Laura was wearing Louis Vuitton you’d be wrong on this rare occasion.  This printed confection hails from the Paco Rabanne Spring 2019 collection.

2018 InStyle Awards

Hari Nef: Usually part of the Gucci gang, the actress opted to sparkle in this draped Paula Knorr Fall 2018 dress.

Miranda Kerr: The model wore a bronzed Tom Ford styled with a Chanel blazer for a touch of panache. Tabitha Simmons shoes and jewels from Cartier and Effy completed her look.

Lea Michele: This slip style dress by David Koma had fringe benefits, as the designer never does a basic LBD.

Kaley Cuoco: The actress wore a whimsical Kate Spade New York floral organza dress in a frozen lilac and chartreuse hue. I’m not crazy about the length, but I love the embellishments.

Amber Valetta: With so many safe looks at this fashion event, I was glad to see the model was serving up plenty of sass in Saint Laurent Spring 2019.

Awkwafina: I love this Rasario Fall 2018 dress, but Awkwafina is drowning in fabric.  This needed someone with height to pull it off.

2018 InStyle Awards

Ellen Pompeo: The actress wore a Max Mara jumpsuit with pointy pumps.

Allison Janney: Some might think this Antonio Marras Resort 2019 look is boring, but I love the air of classic elegance it gives Allison.

Busy Philipps: While the bohemian flare of this Off-White Resort 2019 look suits Busy’s style, I’m not a fan of the pumps here.

Hari is really feeling herself (on her instagram it’s much better) and I love the glamour.
    Constance is so pretty.
Thank god Laura isn’t wearing LV and she looks amazing, the PERFECT dress for her
Love Storm’s look, it’s age appropriate and fashion-forward
    I like Alison Janney’s look a lot.

Everyone looks like they got trapped in a fabric store and had to fight their way out.

Jennifer is wearing a simple black dress and yet this is the only look I can remotely care about in this bunch.

  11. Lyka October 25, 2018 at 8:24 pm #

Storm and Lizzy look great, and I think this is definitely a personal best for Laverne.

  12. TeaAtTwo October 25, 2018 at 8:10 pm #

Not a good bunch of looks.

  13. TeaAtTwo October 25, 2018 at 8:10 pm #

Olivia looks fine, better than a lot of her recent outfits. Laverne’s dress looks nice, she doesn’t look dated for once.

    No to everyone.
