Am I the only one missing Bella Hadid In Ralph & Russo Couture at the amfar gala ??? Tight neck to neck with Emily in my opinion. With the exception of Emma everyone else on the list deserved to be here! Better luck next year girls! ??

  2. Mimi December 24, 2017 at 3:13 am #

I will forever fail to see what’s wrong with Emily R’s outfit hahaha. There were so many worse looks this year.

  3. sam December 24, 2017 at 12:48 am #

why is Beyoncé not on the list. beyonce should atleast appear twice on this list.

  4. Christine December 23, 2017 at 10:14 pm #

The top ten is warranted except for #6.

Didn’t vote this year – so I can’t complain too much LOL

  5. Cássia December 23, 2017 at 5:46 pm #

Why is Emma Watson in this list??

    • Amy December 27, 2017 at 2:38 pm #

      +1. Baffling

  6. Caroline December 23, 2017 at 3:12 pm #

As everyone’s pointing out, Emma Watson here has got to be a mistake. I voted for Emily Ratajkowski and I had completely erased from my mind Dakota Johnson in that Gucci monstrosity. She was a runner up for sure.

  7. JHH December 23, 2017 at 2:39 pm #

Like others, I am surprised to see Emma Watson on the list. Her dress was not that bad and number 1 was not the worst look of the year. My choice was Olivia Culpo at the Golden Globes but seeing numbers 4, 5, and 7, I am rethinking my choice. I think I had blocked 4, 5, and 7 from my mind.

    • JHH December 23, 2017 at 2:41 pm #

9 and 10 are also pretty horrible.

  8. james December 23, 2017 at 11:53 am #

Dakota had to be in there. It was the most atrocious dress I had seen in YEARS! Heck, I’d even take a sheer dress over her hideous dress!

  9. Alina December 23, 2017 at 11:22 am #

Emma Watson on this list is a shocker. The rest – well deserved.

    • Saumya December 23, 2017 at 12:38 pm #

I know! I was surprised too. I actually really liked this gown on her.

    • Leandra December 23, 2017 at 1:03 pm #

I agree. And how is possible that that black monstrosity Aishawara (Morticia Adams like)wore for Loreal in Mumbai ( I think…)wasn’t included?
“Something’s rotten in the state of Denmark” comes to mind.

I still don’t hate Rita’s bathrobe glamour and i don’t care who knows it

    • Thit December 23, 2017 at 10:09 am #

      YES. Second that!

      • Trinny December 23, 2017 at 4:00 pm #

I agree! At least she’s really owning the look.

    • Boy December 24, 2017 at 1:57 am #

I loved that look, she owned it and it was perfect for the event too.

Wtf – how did Emma Watson’s look get in there? Totally not warranted. Was there a EW haters site linked to the poll or some Russian hackers collusion?

    • AnnaP December 23, 2017 at 11:47 am #

I think we’ve reached peak “let’s blame the Russians for everything” LOL.

  12. Pheephee December 23, 2017 at 2:46 am #

A lot of Rihannas fashion this year, esp Cannes, could replace #6…..heck even #1 imo.

  13. Tsarah December 23, 2017 at 2:26 am #

Emma Watson’s Dior look is lovely—how come this look is #6 in this list? It may not be an amazing stunner, but there are looks that are as bad as Emily Ratajkowski and Bella Thorne, or even worse.

  14. Nat39 December 23, 2017 at 12:53 am #

OUCH !! How did Emma Watson end up on that list!!???

I voted for Jared ha ha . Now looking at the list, I think I would’ve put up Eva Longoria too.

    • Leandra December 23, 2017 at 2:04 pm #

Well, it seems to be official now: we can’t believe on the voting systems anymore.

      • Kat December 23, 2017 at 3:28 pm #

        +1. It’s a crazy world we’re living in . . .

  15. Jay December 22, 2017 at 11:17 pm #

Great list! Agree with 2, 4, 5 the most. And note, not a Kardashian/Jenner in sight. I think they’re getting better! Here’s to a New Year full of fashion watching with you!

  16. Ana December 22, 2017 at 11:12 pm #

What’s wrong with Emma Watson’s look? The comments on it weren’t even that bad.
I totally forgot about that Dakota outfit hahahahaha

  17. Effieee December 22, 2017 at 11:03 pm #

I’m shocked to see Emma Watson’s Dior on here; it was one of the few Diors that I actually liked this year.

Bella Thorne’s outfit definitely deserved to be higher. What a mess.

  18. Dorothy December 22, 2017 at 10:42 pm #

No look on this list rates as high as #9, IMO. Stunningly ugly and nightmare inducing are two descriptions that come to mind. I feel sorry for Jennifer Connelly.

  19. EmmaWoodhouse December 22, 2017 at 10:42 pm #

Really shocked by #6 being on this list–it’s not a stunner but I thought it was sweet. #2 just entertains me, but I’d forgotten about #3–that sheer catsuit was HORRIFIC, an insult to the Met Gala, and would have gotten my vote if I’d remembered it. (My vote when to KStew’s Chanel, of which we saw the shorter version just today). But there are definitely some horrors here and I’m glad Leto made the list.

  20. vicky December 22, 2017 at 10:35 pm #

Baffled as to why Emma Watson made it on to this list?
Surely most of what the Hadids/Kartrashians/Jenners have worn, have been worse than that?! ?

  21. Pheephee December 22, 2017 at 10:32 pm #

Wow. those are some bad ones haha

Although I am not sure why Emma Watson is in there….did we really hate that look? It looks lovely to me amidst these ugly looks.

    • Catherine Kallon December 22, 2017 at 11:31 pm #

I was very shocked about Emma’s inclusion too. I didn’t think it was bad at all.

      • Kat December 23, 2017 at 5:32 am #

    • Nat39 December 23, 2017 at 2:00 am #

It would look lovely even on the best dressed list (!) I’m beyond surprised.

      • Pheephee December 23, 2017 at 2:17 am #

I agree. It wouldn’t look out of place on the best dressed list at all but it sure does here.

        • Pheephee December 23, 2017 at 2:51 am #

Ok something has to be wrong there because Emmas look WAS a BDOTW choice by the readers….
perhaps people got this name n brand mixed up with another look they hated?????

          • Mimi December 24, 2017 at 3:12 am #

Hmmm, that’s true. She did wear a lot of other Dior this year and around the time of Beauty & the Beast

  22. Lashae December 22, 2017 at 10:27 pm #

I forgot about most of these outfits and that’s probably a good thing lol

Also kinda shocked there weren’t more Louis Vuitton looks on this list tbh,
