2017 Guggenheim International Gala

The 2017 Guggenheim International Gala on Thursday (November 16) in New York City had a bevy of stylish ladies in attendance who were all decked out in Dior.

Naomi Watts: The actress exuded glamour in a Dior black embroidered tulle dress. The outfit’s prim collar was contrasted with the flirty sheer bodice and the joyful texture of the skirt. Dior Fine Jewelry ‘Rose Dior Pre Catelan’ earrings and ring, Dior ‘Amour’ pumps and a ‘Le Coeur de Dior’ bag added even more dimension to the ensemble.

Kirsten Dunst: The actress evoked a moody elegance in a Christian Dior Spring 2018 black floral embroidered gown, accessorised with Dior Fine Jewelry ‘Rose Dior Bagatelle’ earrings and ring, and Dior pumps. Many are fatigued with sheer skirts, but the glimpses of leg through the tufts of fabric had a unique dynamism, plus I’m sure you happy she didn’t wear the striped bodysuit we saw on the runway.

Kate Mara: This Dior yellow silk gown injected some joy into this red carpet. The ‘War’ actress lent a bohemian flair to the design with Dior Fine Jewelry ‘Rose des Vents’ necklace, a ‘Rose Dior Bagatelle’ ring and single earring.  She rounded off this gorgeous look with a Dior ‘Heart’ minaudiere.

Alana Haim: Along with her sisters, the performer presented a bold statement in red. She wore a Dior silk gown which had a refreshing simplicity.

Danielle Haim:  Keeping the theme going, Danielle’s Dior red point d’esprit gown featuring a bold ruffle had whimsical, princess charm. Dior red leather boots prevented this look from becoming twee.

Este Haim: Rounding out a trio of bold red looks inspired by the Spring 2018 collection, Este wore a Dior tulle gown with embroidered “Christian Dior” straps. It’s a style that has been worn numerous times, but the way she teamed her ruffled dress with the Dior red leather boots captivated me.

Sasha Pivovarova: The model turned heads in a Christian Dior Spring 2018 pink mirror embroidered jumpsuit and pink and black tulle skirt. This struck me for being an edgy rift on a princess look, with the jumpsuit just being visible beneath the skirt. Dior black mesh boots and a Dior tarot clutch lent more toughness. You may remember that Izabel Goulart wore this same dress last month.
