HFPA & InStyle TIFF Party Roundup

More femmes flaunted their style at the HFPA & InStyle TIFF Party on Saturday (September 9), joining Emma Roberts, Greta Gerwig and Jess Weixler.

Jessica Chastain: The actress took a flirty turn in an Elie Saab Resort 2018 embroidered in swirls of colour; a cleavage-forward look that proved that sexy and sweet can go hand in hand.

Margot Robbie: I loved the retro-mod, rock-star-chic vibe of this Saint Laurent Fall 2017 mini that brought maximum impact via the signature bold shoulder and crystal embellishment to an otherwise minimal LBD.

Dianna Agron: Despite the deep plunge, there was a quietly sophisticated allure that permeated this Schiaparelli gown that featured an ever-so-faintly transparent skirt. This is the kind of sheer I can fully get on board with.

Carmen Ejogo: The actress made a welcome return to the red carpet wearing a Christopher Kane Fall 2017 asymmetrical dress with Paul Andrew pumps.

Evan Rachel Wood: We often see Evan rocking suits, yet this Dolce & Gabbana look is the most feminine yet thanks to the floral embroidery. The look was styled with Salvatore Ferragamo shoes.

Emma Stone: Returning to her natural blonde hue, the actress keep things simple and low-key in a Chloe Resort 2018 LBD.

Kate Mara: I cannot say I was the biggest fan of this Valentino Resort 2018 frock for the occasion, as the midriff cutout made the whole silhouette seem a bit casual. She did dress up the look with her swooping bun and studded heels.

Selma Blair: Selma merged the vintage sensibility of this Bottega Veneta Fall 2017 ensemble with mod silver accessories.

Kaitlyn Dever: The sheer lace motif of this Elie Saab dress felt very familiar, but methinks she needed a sleeker bun—and a more leg-lengthening pair of sandals.

Elisabeth Moss: I’m still so impressed by Elisabeth Moss’s last outing, so this Alexis dress fell a little flat in its wake. But, I am still pleasantly surprised to see her stepping outside of her favoured high necklines.

Katherine McNamara: The rich mulberry hue of this Rubin Singer design was made all the more impactful by Katherine’s vibrant, fiery waves.
