April 12, 2017 Runway To Red Carpet

Kelly Rowland In Fendi & Isabel Garcia – Barnes & Noble Book Signing & SiriusXM

Kelly Rowland was out in New York yesterday (April 11) promoting her new book ‘Whoa, Baby!: A Guide For New Moms Who Feel Overwhelmed And Freaked Out’.

Barnes & Noble Book Signing: My immediate reaction to this Fendi Spring 2017 dress, was it was too twee, but on reflection it’s actually a really cute look and short doesn’t always have to equal twee. It’s really the accessories I am strongly objecting to with this look.

SiriusXM: Kelly changed for her next stop at SiriusXM wearing an Isabel Garcia Spring 2017 suit. As one who has always been a fan of the PJ trend, I’m fully applauding this look. For those who have never liked this trend, you much at least be enamoured by the springtime charm of the floral print.

The first look is lovely but not meant for her, it seems more appropriate for a young girl, not a sexy woman like Kelly, it doesn’t suit her and makes her look a bit ridiculous. Second look, I hate the pijama trend even more than the sheer trend and that’s saying a lot.

Those first shoes are ugly but the dress is cute. The second look doesn’t too pj like to bother me.

I actually favor her second look more.

“It’s really the accessories I am strongly objecting to with this look.” Yes! Those shoes are awful. The dress is too twee, BTW. I am generally not a fan of the PJ look but I do like the print but the open toe shoes really make this look like sleepwear. Overall both of these outfits are misses.
