Vanessa Hudgens In Thakoon – CFDA/Vogue 2013 Fashion Fund Finalists

Vanessa Hudgens attended the CFDA and Vogue 2013 Fashion Fund Finalists celebration held at Spring Studios in New York City yesterday evening.

The actress wore a sleeveless, white Thakoon Resort 2014 dress with Tabitha Simmons ‘Fitzgerald’ sandals and Irene Neuwirth jewels.

While this is a lovely dress, and the peek-a-boo stairstep paneling on the sides is quite intriguing, it just doesn’t leave me with the ‘wow’ I would have liked.

I love that Vanessa has been taking a break from her usual boho styling recently, but the beehive updo and red lip just make this look seem too mature.

Perhaps a long, sleek ponytail would have given this the extra attitude I’m wishing for.
