Naomi Watts’ ‘The Housewife’ Press Tour Moves on to San Sebastián

Naomi Watts began promoting The Housewife at TIFF two weeks ago, and is already back on the festival circuit for the 2026 San Sebastián International Film Festival.

I love the ease of this FFORME Pre-Fall 2026 look. The asymmetric neckline keeps things interesting, while the white trousers add to the lightness of the look, which feels perfect for a daytime photocall while the sun is still shining before we step into autumn. Some might feel that the tailored barrel-leg trousers from the lookbook would have been the better option, but I like the more relaxed feel of Naomi’s version.

I would have loved a sandal here, but at least the pumps are coordinated with her look.

Premiere

It’s interesting that Naomi didn’t opt for the ivory runway version of this Dior Resort 2027 silk dress accented with white flowers, which would have carried the mood of the photocall into the evening. But this festival is known for its black dresses, as we recently saw with Penélope Cruz.

While I liked Naomi’s looks during TIFF, I wasn’t blown away by any of them. This, however, feels like the moment I was waiting for. The black silk, white floral accents and red lip come together beautifully, and the dress feels far more memorable than anything she wore in Toronto.
