Celebrities at ‘The Gentlemen’ Season Two London Premiere

The London world premiere of The Gentlemen Season Two at Guildhall on Wednesday evening delivered plenty of variety beyond the leading cast, from rich satin and archival Roberto Cavalli to florals and custom leather.

Florals In Disguise

Benedetta Porcaroli wore a Prada black column dress with hand-finished floral-print taffeta details and an origami bow at the back.

From the top, the dress initially appears incredibly simple, but the floral taffeta emerging from the lower half completely changes it. I love the contrast between the stark black column and those painterly panels, especially as they extend into the train.

White Prada pumps and jewels completed her look.

The Teal Appeal

Ruby Sear wore a teal Rasario halterneck gown which made an immediate impact thanks to that gorgeous colour.

The satin works beautifully with the fitted silhouette, while the plunging neckline and fluted skirt give the dress a distinctly ’90s feel. Black Gianvito Rossi sandals completed the look.

Cavalli From The Archives

Director Guy Ritchie’s wife, Jacqui Ainsley, went into the archives for a Roberto Cavalli Spring 2003 mini dress.

This is exactly the kind of vintage Cavalli piece that still works more than two decades later. The pale blue satin, contrasting black panels and floral print make this instantly recognisable as Cavalli from that era.

I also like that Jacqui resisted adding too much to it. The dress has enough going on, so the barely-there sandals were all it needed. But I’m sure some will say that she needed her hair up too.

Cornflower Moment

Jasmine Blackborow wore a Stella McCartney Spring 2026 mini dress decorated with blue cornflowers and trailing green stems, which was first worn by Aubrey Plaza back in April. It was perfect for the first days of spring, just as it is for the last days of summer.

The A-line shape is deliberately simple, which gives the floral embroidery room to make the statement.

The pale blue bow pumps pick up the flowers beautifully.

Leather After Dark

Maya Jama wore a custom black leather gown by R&M Leathers, and there was no playing it safe here.

Low-cut, plunging, overexposed? Yes, there is a lot going on with this daring design, but Maya has the confidence to carry a dress like this.

However, a dress this unforgiving leaves absolutely nowhere for poor construction to hide. Considering this was custom-made, the bodice looks too long, hence the bunching around the waist, while the skirt is also too long, causing it to break rather than fall cleanly to the floor.
