Zendaya Wore Louis Vuitton For ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ Press Day

The Odyssey press tour may officially be over, but with Spider-Man: Brand New Day arriving later this month, Zendaya is already back on Spider-Man promotional duties.

As expected, the mood has shifted. Gone are the flowing whites, Grecian silhouettes and ethereal references that defined The Odyssey. Instead, she’s returned to the darker palette that launched this press tour, instantly creating a visual distinction between the two films.

For her latest appearance in New York City, Zendaya wore a Louis Vuitton black leather blazer with matching leather trousers, a simple white tank and black pointed-toe pumps.

The look doesn’t immediately call to mind a specific Spider-Man character in the way some of her previous press tour outfits have. Rather than referencing Spider-Gwen, MJ or Black Cat directly, it feels more like an extension of the sleek, urban aesthetic often associated with Spider-Man’s New York. The monochrome leather also taps into the darker tone that has become a recurring thread throughout this press tour, making it feel intentionally separate from the lightness of The Odyssey.

After weeks of headline-grabbing archival couture and custom creations, this feels like a reset. It’s understated by Zendaya’s standards, yet still unmistakably her.

There have been reports that Zendaya will be taking a long break after the Dune press tour, and honestly, I wouldn’t blame her.
