Zendaya Wore Louis Vuitton To ‘The Odyssey’ Paris Premiere

Following her dramatic look for the photocall last night, Zendaya returned to the red carpet for The Odyssey Paris premiere held at the Grand Rex Cinema this evening.

There has been a clear goddess-inspired thread running through this press tour, and white has become its defining colour. This is the fourth white look we’ve seen, with Louis Vuitton delivering the latest interpretation.

The long white cut-out gown, paired with a coordinating cropped bolero, carried a distinct boudoir influence through its delicate lace, lingerie-inspired construction and soft layers of tulle. Yet it never felt overtly provocative. Instead, it had an ethereal quality that tied in beautifully with her portrayal of Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom. The flowing silhouette, romantic textures and almost otherworldly lightness made it feel like a modern interpretation of mythology.

During the Spider-Man press tour, there wasn’t much variation in Zendaya’s hair and makeup from one appearance to the next. This tour has been the complete opposite. Her braided crown hairstyle immediately reinforced the goddess narrative, while the softly sculpted makeup, luminous complexion and subtly defined eyes complemented the romantic mood of the look

Messika’s Miroir du Delta high-jewellery necklace, centred around a 14-carat cushion-cut tanzanite and framed by diamonds, added an Art Deco-inspired contrast to the romantic feel of the dress, while Divine Enigma diamond earrings, the Luminescence ring and white pumps completed another carefully considered premiere look.
