2026 Gotham Awards Menswear
Here is a roundup of the notable menswear looks from Monday night’s 2026 Gotham Awards red carpet.

Classic, No Notes
Paul Anthony Kelly wore Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann, delivering the kind of classic evening wear that never misses. The sharp black tuxedo, crisp white bow tie, and slightly elongated proportions gave this a refined feel. There is little reinvention happening here, but when tailoring fits this cleanly, there doesn’t need to be.

Tailoring, Softened
Owen Thiele wore a Valentino Pre-Fall 2026 look by Alessandro Michele, and what stood out to me was the softer, quieter femininity running through the tailoring. Between the silhouette, soft shoulders and cinched waist, this moved away from traditional menswear codes into something gentler and more expressive.

Pattern Play Formalwear
Dallas Liu wore the same embroidered Bode suit we previously saw on Ethan Hawke, but the styling shifted the mood entirely. The oversized bow tie, white socks, and flat shoes gave the look a quirkier, slightly theatrical finish. Rewear or not, this still landed as personal.

Black Tie, Loosened Up
Mark Ronson wore Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann, offering a more relaxed take on evening tailoring. The ivory jacket layered over a black knit with an open neckline softened the formality while still keeping things event-ready. It had an easy swagger that suited him.

Shirt, Tie, Sharp Trousers
Jamie Bell wore a Saint Laurent look with a subtly retro mood, although the shirt felt just a bit too big for him.

Tailoring Through A Fashion Lens
Dan Levy wore Bottega Veneta, taking a more directional route, with intentionally roomy proportions giving the look a slightly offbeat edge that felt aligned with Dan’s fashion sensibility.

Monochrome With Attitude
Jeremy Pope continued his recent minimalist run in Gucci, which still lands when his confidence is doing part of the work. The look was styled with a Gucci shoulder bag.
