Dua Lipa Wore Balmain To The Bvlgari Eclettica High Jewelry Event
Dua Lipa, who was announced as a Bvlgari ambassador last month, joined Anne Hathaway on the red carpet for the Bvlgari Eclettica High Jewellery event in Milan.

The British singer wore an open-neck velvet dress with a bow from Antonin Tron’s Balmain Fall 2026 collection, which draws from an original 1946 Haute Couture design by Pierre Balmain.
Despite that reference point, I can’t help but see Saint Laurent here. This feels like something Anthony Vaccarello would design for Zoe Saldana or Anja Rubik. The deep V, the velvet, the styling all lean in that direction.

However, I do love how the purple satin bra works against the emerald necklace, creating a bold clash of jewel tones that immediately pulls focus to the neckline. However, the bra itself looks too tight and slightly compressed, which interrupts the clean line of the bodice and draws attention for the wrong reason.

It’s frustrating, because without that one detail, this would have been a sleek, high-impact take on vintage-inspired dressing with a contemporary bite.
Stylist: Lorenzo Posocco.
