Lucy Halliday Wore Roksanda To ‘The Testaments’ London Photocall

Lucy Halliday attended the London photocall for Hulu’s The Testaments, held at Raffles at The OWO on Monday.

Some of you might think this Roksanda Spring 2025 technical taffeta dress is a bit much for a photocall, but I’m fully on board with this level of statement dressing.

I’ve also missed Roksanda on the red carpet. The label consistently delivers bold pieces in unapologetic hues, and this aqua-blue look is no exception. The architectural shoulder detail immediately sets the tone, while the oversized bow adds the sculptural interest Roksanda is known for.

The fabrication plays a key role here. Technical taffeta gives the dress that crisp, structured finish, allowing the gathered skirt and knotted details to hold their shape and create volume and texture through the tiers. It’s not just about impact; there’s real design work in the way the fabric is manipulated across the skirt, giving the look depth from every angle.

The black waistband anchors the look, providing contrast and defining the silhouette, which in turn makes the black Malone Souliers Bettina pumps feel purposeful rather than an afterthought.

If she’s setting the tone like this at the photocall, I’m already looking forward to what she brings to the premiere.
