Jeff Goldblum Wore Saint Laurent To The ‘Wicked: For Good’ Paris Premiere
Jeff Goldblum, who plays the Wizard of Oz in Wicked: For Good, joined Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande for the Paris premiere at the Palais Garnier, and I have to say — few men know how to make an entrance quite like him. There’s always a subtle sense of theatre to his styling, even when the palette and tailoring are classic.

I know some of you feel Jeff veers into OTT territory at times, but honestly, that’s part of the appeal. It’s not try-hard; it’s enthusiasm delivered with a plenty of charm. On this occasion, however, the theatrics took a more measured form. He wore a Saint Laurent Fall 2025 tuxedo — clean lines, crisp shirt, slim tie — the kind of tailoring that doesn’t need convincing. But of course, Jeff being Jeff, there had to be a flourish. Enter the black silk-organza feathered coat, which sat on his shoulders like a curtain rising on Act I. We all remember his love for feathers at the 2025 BAFTAs and the Wicked Sydney premiere — this is a continuation of that.
What works is the restraint around the drama. The coat is indulgent, but the suit underneath keeps everything grounded in classic menswear language. It feels like he understands the tone of the evening: theatrical, yes, but not costume.

Cartier jewels added a gleam, and his signature tinted Jacques Marie Mage glasses gave the look that final touch of Goldblum character.
