Menswear Red Carpet Roundup
Here is a roundup from the menswear looks that have hit the red carpet this week.

Pillion Zurich Film Festival photocall
We all remember what Alexander Skarsgård got up to this summer—ditching his usual understated looks for Saint Laurent thigh-high boots and sequinned trousers. It was a wild detour, but fun while it lasted. Now, he’s dialling it back with this Magliano Spring 2025 look—modern and easygoing, a quiet return to his signature understated confidence. Oh so I thought, until I took a closer look at the print on his shirt.

Tron: Ares Berlin Premiere
Jared Leto leaned into Brioni sophistication, opting for an ivory silk-cashmere double-breasted suit with a silk shirt. It was elegant and restrained, with only his necklace giving away his rockstar leanings.

Tron: Ares London Sneak Peek Event
The London carpet brought a little more spectacle. Jared went for an ivory base again, but threw a red coat over his shoulders—exactly the kind of drama I wanted from him in Berlin. The surprise detail? A black lace stripe running down the trousers. For a man we once associated with Alessandro Michele’s maximalism, it seems Jared is experimenting with “less is more.”
Styled by Michael Philouze.

Culpa Nuestra Ibiza Premiere
Franco Masini tried his hand at Dolce & Gabbana’s ivory tailoring, but this one didn’t quite land. The cropped, boxy jacket clashed with pooling trousers with visible pockets and heavy black shoes. A strong idea on paper, but the execution was lacking.

Monster: The Ed Gein Story New York Premiere
Blue is clearly Charlie Hunnam’s colour, and Brioni clearly knows this too, crafting a custom blue suit that hit every note. Tailored but relaxed, it enhanced his natural leading-man presence. Brioni do tonal tailoring so well. Just ask Matt Bomer.
Styled by Warren Alfie Baker.
