Gemma Chan’s Luminous Armani Beauty Glow
Gemma Chan never disappoints on the red carpet, and her latest Armani Privé look, styled with Cartier jewels, was as much about the dress as it was the Armani Beauty glam, thanks to the genius of celebrity makeup artist Francesca Angelina Brazzo. With hair perfected by Jenny Cho, the result was elegance dialled up and finished with just the right touch of modern glow.
Francesca started with Armani’s cult-favourite Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 6, giving Gemma that flawless yet natural base the formula is known for. A touch of Luminous Silk Concealer in 5 perfected the skin further, ensuring any red carpet close-up would be unforgivingly kind. To sculpt and warm the complexion, Luminous Silk Bronzer in 90 Golden Sunrays was swept along the cheekbones, a sun-kissed touch balanced by the romantic flush of Luminous Silk Glow Blush in 11 In Love. The finishing veil of Glow Fusion Powder in 4 ensured Gemma’s skin looked candlelit from every angle.
For the eyes, Francesca created a look that was both soft and striking. Eye tint in 25M Sandalwood laid down the perfect neutral base, while a pop of 45S Gold Foil shimmered in the centre of the lid for that irresistible high-impact sparkle. To add subtle definition, 99M Ebony doubled as eyeliner, proving once again that Armani’s Eyetints are multitasking magic. A sweep of Eccentrico Mascara finished the eye look, delivering fluttery, glossy lashes that framed her almond-shaped eyes to perfection.
On the lips, it was all about romance. Lip Power in 108 In Love brought a rich yet soft hue that tied the whole look together — chic, understated, but with a little whisper of seduction.
