Yacht Glamour Aboard Luminara: Stars Set Sail in Style
This weekend, an ultra-exclusive group of celebrities set sail aboard Luminara, the latest luxury superyacht from The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, owned by entrepreneur investor Mark Scheinberg.
Departing from Rome and docking in the sun-drenched charm of Valletta, Malta, this two-day Mediterranean cruise promised nothing short of five-star indulgence—complete with five restaurants, seven bars, two swimming pools, and a ten-deck layout that redefined the phrase “floating palace.” With hospitality leaders and a few well-dressed A-listers aboard, the fashion naturally matched the setting: part coastal chic, part high-octane glamour.

Sunset in Saint-Tropez energy
Naomi Campbell brought Mediterranean glamour with a playful twist, wearing a pink car-print chiffon dress from Burberry paired with matching pink Hermès sandals. Considering Burberry’s usual red carpet mood leans dark and brooding, this breezy number felt like a fun, refreshing detour—and Naomi wore it like it was custom-made for sipping rosé on deck.
Sailing but make it Chanel
Janelle Monáe turned her red swimsuit and striped sarong into a whole vibe, styling it with a white pillar box hat and Chanel accessories. The hat felt like a cheeky nod to Popeye the Sailor—if Popeye traded spinach for couture.

Throwback and turned up
Kendall Jenner dove into the archive in a black-and-white off-the-shoulder Hervé Léger dress from the Spring/Summer 1997 collection. Bodycon and boat-ready, it had that classic ’90s glamour while still feeling just right for a sunset toast.

All fringe, all fire
Nina Dobrev dialled up the drama in a fiery red draped fringe dress that caught every breeze.
Boho meets Brazilian cool
Kate Hudson looked ready to dance the night away in a white crocheted mini by Ammi, complete with fringe detailing. Equal parts barefoot beach bride and samba queen.

An Archival surprise
We love an archive moment, but I have to admit—I wasn’t expecting Amanda Wakeley to be on Tessa Thompson’s radar. The actress opted for a copper dress with gold fringe detailing from the British designer’s Fall 2019 collection, and despite its seasonal tag, it was made for warm summer nights on deck. A rich, unexpected choice that glowed beautifully under the Mediterranean sunset.

Not black, shockingly
Anja Rubik, Saint Laurent’s most loyal ambassador, didn’t wear black. Instead, she picked a paisley keyhole dress from the Resort 2025 collection. It was giving sensual boho vibes.

Clean lines, wrong shoes
Zoey Deutch kept things easy-breezy in a white Sportmax Alceste halter dress. The only hiccup? The black shoes. Not a dealbreaker, but this could’ve been a home run with a lighter touch on the footwear.

Cut-outs at sea
Anitta cranked up the heat in a chocolate brown Christopher Esber Bezel Quartz Disconnect dress, complete with the brand’s signature midriff cut-outs. Sea breeze not included.

Goddess draping 101
Lara Worthington floated in wearing a soft pink Alaïa dress with ethereal draping. Understated, but full of quiet drama—the kind that doesn’t need a spotlight to shine.

Aquatic encore
Ellie Goulding hit the stage in an Alemais striped top and Lorenza skirt, printed with blue fish swimming between yellow and red lines. Equal parts performance and marine-life tribute.

Wait, haven’t we seen this before?
Izabel Goulart brought out a Mônot bustier look that felt all too familiar—and it should. She wore it to the 2023 amfAR Cannes Gala. A stunning look, yes, but one that deserved a fresh twist for a yacht soirée.

Instant Refresher
But her second look was an ode to the sun wearing a pale yellow David Koma cowl-neck draped gown.

Golden hour glow-up
Naomi’s second look was pure drama: a long-sleeved Roberto Cavalli gown in the house’s Ray of Gold print. It was classic Cavalli, classic Naomi, and the ultimate note to close the weekend on.
