Beyoncé Wore Dolce & Gabbana, Atelier Zuhra, Nicolas Jebran & FROLOV For The Atlantis, The Royal Hotel Grand Opening

Beyoncé Wore Dolce & Gabbana For The Atlantis The Royal Hotel Grand Opening

Since Beyoncé unveiled the long-awaited album ‘Renaissance,’ she has yet to release any music videos which her fans have been crying out for, and she’s not yet announced a tour behind the album.

However, the chosen few – journalists, influencers and celebrities – were invited to an all-expenses-paid luxury weekend in Dubai, for the unofficial opening of Atlantis the Royal hotel where the singer presented her first stage show in four years.

Beyonce gave us four looks.

Starting with the grand opening look courtesy of Dolce & Gabbana.

You’ll either love how this gold dress draped in an extravagant cape is so very over the top, or you’ll be in the gold and gaudy camp.

There is something about the excess of it all that feels apt, but I don’t feel like that is going to be a shared belief.

Custom Messika asymmetrical chandelier High Jewelry earrings, specially designed by Valérie Messika, and a Marzook gold clutch completed her look.

And then we get to the performance looks which were designed by Dubai, Lebanese and Ukrainian designers.

Double slits are trending, as we’ve seen this style on Danielle Deadwyler’s Louis Vuitton Critics’ Choice Awards dress, Beyonce’s first look and now this Atelier Zuhra creation.

Much like the first look, the OTTness was the perfect way for the singer to announce herself back on the main stage.

We have spoken at length that we are tired of the catsuit and bodysuit performance looks, so this yellow bustier gown accented with a sundial-like golden feather background is giving “I’m here, and I’m ready to entertain you.”

I’m leaning toward this Nicolas Jebran look being my favourite.

From the colour, the detailing, and the dramatic nature of the train.

However, you might have a feeling of déjà vu, and that would be due to the gold halo spiked head crown, which will be taking you back to her 2017 Grammys performance

Then we have a sheer moment from Ukrainian designers FROLOV.

Considering this is a disco album, we needed a disco moment full of sparkle.

I expected more looks like this, but I’m assuming the gowns were for her ballads.
