‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald’ London Premiere

'Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald' London Premiere

Claudia Kim, Alison Sudol and Katherine Waterston joined Hannah Redmayne, Zoe Kravtiz and Ezra Miller for the premiere of ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald’ on Tuesday (November 13) in London.

Claudia Kim: The actress wore a simple strapless dress from Christian Siriano’s Fall 2018 collection which was decked out in embellished that resembled a constellation of stars.

Alison Sudol: As you know my feelings towards Miu Miu gowns have changed in the last 12 months, and while I love the design of this latest custom look, I feel like it’s washing Alison out a tiny bit.

Katherine Waterston: So it looks like Katherine’s The Row outfit from Paris was concealing a burgeoning baby bump. She opted not to dupe us on this occasion, wearing a fitted Calvin Klein one-sleeve dress in a rich golden hue, which proved to be the modern alternative to eveningwear, and a swift gear change for the all-black, all-of-the-time star. Giuseppe Zanotti silver mirrored mules completed her look.

Katherine Waterston was of course in black – with a hint of navy blue – for the ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald’ world premiere on Thursday (November 8) in Paris, France.

Rebellious, but at the same time feminine and weirdly romantic, her look from The Row’s Spring 2019 collection feels improved from the look book as the tulle bustle-like detail has a more defined shape.

Katherine is the only one who can consistently sell black to me and I’ll never be bored.

Oaks Day

Oaks Day

Racegoers headed to Flemington Racecourse on Thursday (November 8) in Melbourne, Australia, for Oaks Day – also known as Ladies Day.

It’s currently Spring in Australia, and it would appear that pink was the order of the day.

Elyse Taylor: The Myer ambassador wore a signature, well-tailored Alex Perry dress with a statement pleated sleeve giving the look so much life.

Kate Waterhouse: The socialite clearly got the pink memo opting for a Dolce & Gabbana ruched dress, matching bag and Chaumet jewels, but the leopard print pumps are a head scratcher here.

Katherine Waterston In Khaite – ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald’ Beijing Premiere

Katherine Waterston In Khaite - 'Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald' Beijing Premiere

Katherine Waterston was in Beijing, China on Sunday (October 28) for the premiere of ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald’ at Chaoyang Museum Of Urban Planning.

If anyone one else had worn this black Khaite Resort 2019 ‘ Greta’ dress, I would’ve wondered why they hadn’t opted for the polka dot version, but we all know that black is Katherine’s signature colour, and to be honest, it’s the better of the two.

The pleating feels more crisp and the overall mood feels more classic in black.

You may remember that Sarah Paulson, wore the white version of this dress back in September.

Katherine Waterston In Christian Dior – ‘The Current War’ Toronto Film Festival Premiere

Katherine Waterston demonstrated how dazzling black dresses can be at the ‘The Current War’ Toronto Film Festival premiere on Saturday (September 9).

Eschewing a simple silk number, the actress donned a Dior Resort 2018 tulle frock strewn with multicoloured pompoms.

She deviated from the western styling favoured on the runway and accessorized simply with Dior black suede pumps, sleek hair and a deep red lipstick.

The minimalist styling worked as we’re able to appreciate the dress’s unique embellishment and contrasting straps.

Katherine Waterston In Proenza Schouler – Sir Ridley Scott Hand And Footprint Ceremony

I could barely believe my eyes upon seeing Katherine Waterston at the Sir Ridley Scott Hand and Footprint Ceremony in Hollywood, California on Wednesday (May 17).

Just when we thought we might not soon see her step outside her favoured black, white, and green colour palette, she delights us with this Proenza Schouler Spring 2017 red number. Judging by this look, she should do so more often, as it’s a vibrant selection for her.

Aside from the hue, the dress itself with its knotted peephole design and draped folds was perfectly suiting to her sharp, sophisticated elegance.

It was in 2015 that she made a similar colourful exception to the norm, wearing red for the ‘Dior & I’ screening.
