WSJ Magazine Innovator Awards 2022

Here is a roundup from the WSJ. Magazine 2022 Innovator Awards which were held at the Museum of Modern Art on Wednesday (November 2) in New York City. 

There were a lot of earthy tones on this red carpet, so Meadow Walker fit right in with this dark oak brown, off-the-shoulder Alaïa Spring 2023 3D velvet knit ensemble which she styled with an Alaïa Le Cœur heart-shaped bag, plus Tiffany HardWear and Tiffany Victoria® necklaces with Tiffany HardWear earrings.

Karlie Kloss opted to follow the pleated trend wearing a Peter Do Spring 2022 ensemble styled with a Judith Leiber clutch, plus Fabergé earrings and necklace featuring Gemfields stones.

As always her look was effortless, clean and fresh.

There was yet another trend on this red carpet presented by Taylor Hill wearing Jason Wu Collection.

And that trend is side cut-outs.  We have seen similar dress on Lake Bell.

J Balvin wore a Givenchy 2023 beige oversized jacket worn with matching trousers designed by Matthew M. Williams, which he styled with Givenchy 4G-Bar sunglasses, and Givenchy black leather squared toe derbies.

This is a beautifully made suit, but all I can do is focus on just how much material is puddling at the ankles.

But then I look at the runway trousers, and start to think that maybe he made the right choice.

Eve Jobs opted for black on black wearing a Louis Vuitton turtleneck with a floral lace silk skirt, styled with Louis Vuitton Donna boots and a Louis Vuitton crystal Capucines mini bag.
