The Olivier Awards 2022 Red Carpet Roundup

There were many more actresses who joined Emma Corrin and Lily Allen on the red carpet for The Olivier Awards 2022 held at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday (April 10) in London.
Cush Jumbo, star of ‘Hamlet,’ wore a stunning Vivienne Westwood ombre gown.
Those shades of blue from sky to ocean ensured that this signature gown was given a whole new lease of life.
I also love the new hair, which makes a change from her signature buzz cut.
Jewels from Ara Vartanian and David Yurman, plus blue Louboutins completed her look which was styled by Georgia Medley.

Kara Tointon, who is something of a veteran at this event, looked absolutely radiant wearing a dress from British luxury designer, Thom Laurence.
Looking at his current collections, the designer likes to enhance his pieces with embellishments which already has me excited for this next red carpet outing.
Kara styled her look with the celebrity favourite Jimmy Choo ‘Thyra’ sandals, a Lelet NY headpiece and Yoko London jewels.
As always, the actress was styled by Kelvin Barron.

What Prada gives with one hand; they take away with the other.
This pink duchess satin Prada gown is a far cry from Sheila Atim’s previous Prada dress at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party.
While the colour is glorious and the jacket adds an edge to the look, the dress itself feels too lifeless for her.

I’m starting to feel that Hannah Waddingham’s SAG Awards Dolce & Gabbana gown at the start of Awards Season was a one-off, because I haven’t liked anything she has worn since.
I found this custom Fadwa Baalbaki lace keyhole gown terribly ageing for her.
She’s much more vicious than this.

Miriam-Teak Lee, star of ‘& Juliet,’ was gorgeous in green and red.
The actress, who was passing on the Best Actress baton at this event, credited her mother as her stylist, so congratulations to Mummy as she did her daughter proud.

Jessie Buckley likes to march to the beat of her own drum.
She proved this when she wore an Alexandre Vauthier Spring 2022 Haute Couture white suit to a Saint Laurent event.
On this occasion she opted to wear a Maison Margiela dress which at first glance might appear tame, until you notice that the ties are made of shirt sleeves and cuffs.
De Beers earrings, Noel Stuart jewels and Louboutins completed her look.
