Zendaya Wore Valentino Haute Couture To The 2022 NAACP Image Awards
Zendaya virtually attended the 2022 NAACP Image Awards where she was nominated in the Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture category for ‘Malcolm & Marie.’
So far we only have this image, which is a screengrab from Law Roach’s Instagram.
The stylist tends to prefer videos to showcase the work with his clients, which doesn’t work for us writing about the event, as the screengrab never does the wearer or the brand justice.
Hopefully a still image will be posted later today.
What we can see from the video is that Zendaya is wearing a look from the Valentino Spring 2022 Haute Couture collection.
When I was working on my red carpet wish list for this collection, I did find it hard to picture Zendaya in many of the looks, but Law is the Image Architect, and his eye is far superior to mine, which is why Zendaya was shining in this sequinned mini dress styled with the embellished runway coat.
I’m not sure why I’m getting Motown diva from this look, perhaps it’s a combination of the hair, and sparkling dress, but I love how the look is effortlessly styled with Bvlgari cluster diamond earrings and white Louboutins.
