Tessa Thompson Wore Schiaparelli Promoting ‘Passing’
Tessa Thompson makes her return to the spotlight as she continues to promote her film ‘Passing,’ ahead of awards season.
Hopefully we are blessed with her presence on the red carpet soon, but in the meantime this Schiaparelli Fall 2021 Instagram photoshoot look is doing a good job of feeding my soul.
You may be surprised to learn that this is the first look Tessa has worn from Schiaparelli since 2017, when she attended the ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ LA premiere.
Back then Schiaparelli was under the creative direction of Bertrand Guyon.
Daniel Roseberry’s Schiaparelli is somewhat of a different animal, but one someone like Tessa can step into with ease, considering her ability to make pretty much any style work for her.
On this occasion she looked sartorially sharp in this padlock coat styled with over-the-knee boots featuring the signature set of gold toes.
While I do love this look, I wish the coat had been locked.
The structured shape of the coat is the most intriguing part of this look, followed by the boots.
