2019 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards

There were many more actresses and models who joined Jorja Smith, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Cate Blanchett for the 2019 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards held at Claridge’s Hotel on Tuesday (October 29) in London.

Letitia Wright:  The ‘Black Panther’ actress’ penchant for sharp tailoring continues to pay off in this pastel pink Burberry suit styled with Cartier jewels.

Anna Brewster: The model showcased her flare in this Chanel Pre-Fall 2019 patterned dress, which she sensibly wore with her hair in a sleek ponytail to show off the gold neckline.

Ruth Wilson: ‘The Luther’ star picked up her TV Icon accolade wearing a metallic floral Erdem Resort 2020 gown, continuing the puff sleeve trend, which she styled with Bulgari jewels.

Adwoa Aboah: I feel like I have seen the model in this Marc Jacobs Fall 2019 dress before, but it’s really a case of her style appearing samey.

Gala Gordon:  The Argentine-English actress paired her sparkling Armani top with black tailored trousers for a classic look from the Italian designer.

Alexa Chung:  Collecting her Breakthrough Designer award the former model, who is yet to present her ALEXACHUNG Spring 2020, was perhaps giving us a sneak-peek with this ivory and black lace mini.

Sam Rollinson:  The buckled waist belt was all wrong for Sam this ruffled Zimmermann Fall 2019 dress, whereas the model was able to successfully pull it off.

Dina Asher-Smith: In a sea of black and white looks, the British sprinter stood out in this Area mini – aptly titled – ‘Explosion’ dress.  Did she pull this off?

Cressida Bonas: There was yet more classic Armani on this red carpet courtesy of Cressida in her luxe velvet shimmering Fall 2019 jumpsuit.  Those earrings are divine.

Clara Paget: White suits are trending. Clara’s chic white trouser suit hails from Giorgio Armani.
