Dua Lipa In Versace & Saint Laurent - LOS40 Music Awards & MTV EMAs

Dua Lipa’s red carpet M.O. for the LOS40 Music Awards, and the 2018 MTV EMAs this weekend was bold colours, and plenty of sass.

2018 LOS40 Music Awards: On Friday (November 2) in Madrid, Spain the singer wore a bold and youthful Versace Spring 2019 dress with an electric abstract print that sees one sleeve is kept intact, while the opposite shoulder is left in the cold. This allowed her to play around more with her accessories. The Versace necklace may be overkill for some, but I love the OTTness of the jewels and heels with this mini. It feels so fresh and fun.

2018 MTV EMAs: Saint Laurent aren’t known for their love of florals, or colours for that matter, but there were plenty of floral frocks which closed their Fall 2018 collection. This thigh-skimming style was enhanced with sequins, which may be why Dua opted to keep the accessories light on this occasion with a Delfina Delettrez earring and ring. This may be too short for some, but I love how Dua is selling this look. You may remember that Saint Laurent’s favourite model Anja Rubik wore this same dress during Cannes Film Festival.
