Olivia Wilde In Michael Kors – 2017 Tony Awards

Olivia Wilde looked sensational at the 2017 Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall on Sunday (June 11) in New York City.

The actress wore a custom Michael Kors gown in a brilliant red with sparkling gold embellishments. I love the subtle shine that the sequins give this gown, especially when paired with the gold Edie Parker ‘Dani’ clutch.

The choice of bronze eyeshadow and golden Tiffany & Co. bracelet further tie this look together.

The deep plunge looks great with Olivia’s slicked back short hairstyle too. Cohesive and chic, this is one polished look, wouldn’t you agree?

She looks lovely but it feels like an overdone look for her. It seems like I have seen this dress on her before.

I love the close up, but the rest falls by her usual standards. It’s a rather high standard admittedly, but still. Falls flat.

She looks fab and sexy, yet the look feels a bit stale to me.

I love the makeup, truly glowing, but I dislike the hairstyle. As a fellow square jawed lady (I can sympathize 😉 ) the last thing you want to do is emphasize that with such a severe hair style. Us square jawed ladies need a bit of height in our hairdo plus some wispy layers on the side to elongate our face and soften our jaw. Like a messy chignon for instance.

Really? I love her jaw line and the fact that the hairstyle emphasizes it. As a non-square jawed lady, I aspire to that jaw.

Actually, it is interesting that you think that square jaws should not emphasized because I love the shape of Olivia’s face. It is, to me, the key part of her look that makes her stand out from the crowd. It just goes to show “different strokes for different folks.” At first, I did not like this dress at all but it has grown on me but I do wish it had a tiny bit more waist definition.

        Indeed, each to their own.

Best dressed at the event maybe? This is spectacular from head to toe. (Literally including hair and make up).

The face closeup is freaking amazing

Truly gorgeous. This is how you do a deep plunge. I’m in love with the sleekness of it all, dress, hair, makeup, accessorizing.

Been a while since the last time I saw her on the red carpet, but this look was worth the long wait. LOVE it h2t. Also 2 thumbs up for the Planned Parenthood pin.
