Audrey Tautou In Prada – Jury Photocall & ‘Nobody Wants the Night’ Berlin Film Festival Premiere

Audrey Tautou In Prada - Jury Photocall & ‘Nobody Wants the Night’ Berlin Film Festival Premiere

Audrey Tautou was present at the opening of the 65th Berlinale International Film Festival yesterday (February 5), where she will preside as one of the jury members.

Jury Photocall: Working a mix of colours and textures, the French actress wore a Prada look consisting of a navy crop top with printed cuffs and collar paired with a black and brown leather striped skirt. Part of me is confused while the other part adores the crop top and admires her marching to the beat of her own drum.

‘Nobody Wants the Night’ Premiere: Saying this for the first time ever, Audrey looked very statuesque in her second Prada look of the day. This is due in part to the construction of the gown. I also love the colour and the effortless styling, however, my heart bleeds upon seeing the creases on the skirt.

NO for both . Such a deception. The 1rst is totally ininspiring, playing with the false pretension that there was days involved in the sketch and weeks in the making.
The 2nd is for a woman much older than her… I can see Anete de la Renta ou Deda Blair or any other matron wearing it.

I only hope she makes a generous donation for a charity of her preference with the money she earned wearing them.

I don’t like either. Whatever happened to her ties with Chanel? There are SO MANY better things for her to wear (you KNOW i have tons of ideas: Rochas, Dries van Noten, [custom?] Nina Ricci, Carven, Cedric Charlier, Marni even…)

Hair and makeup are good for both looks. Not crazy about the outfits.

The top part of the first look with something more fitting than this ugly skirt might have worked for a day in the office. All the rest is just terrible.

I like the gown but not the photocall look. She has a tendency to look like a little girl and I think the collar and the skirt and the boots contribute to that. She looks way more confident and sophisticated in the gown.

The first look works for her, the second one is just bad…

You always complaint about creases, please keep in mind that these ladies (and a few creased gentlemen) have to sit down, walk around and move, I sincerely hope creases are the least reason your “heart bleeds” we should all be so lucky.
