Shoulda Worn The Runway Orange Award
On regular red carpet events Demi Moore has started to become a bit boring for many of you.
But tonight at the 2010 Oscars she looked stunning wearing an Atelier Versace Spring 2008 blush tone gown.
The strapless gown had a dramatic tiered skirt and a rose detail on the hip.
I really loved this gown, but for some reason it made me think of a similar Versace gown Penelope Cruz wore to the 2007 Oscars.
For once Ashton wasn’t hanging off her arm, so I could take in all of this stunning gown.
She would have “Shut it down” in the orange runway version though.
Her look was paired with a Ferragamo clutch and Van Cleef & Arpels jewels.

Please Smile You Look Fabulous Award
Sandra Bullock looked beautiful as she walked the red carpet at the 2010 Oscars tonight, but I just wish she would believe it more.
If I was wearing this stunning Marchesa Fall 2010 gown you wouldn’t be able to wipe the smile off my face, but I guess she’s nervous on her big night.
The beaded gown had an embroidered illusion bodice which is really elegant.
She was definitely one of my favourites of the night.
This gown looks like it was made for her.

We Know You Can Do Better Award
We all had very high hopes for Diane Kruger on the red carpet at the 2010 Oscars.
Unfortunately I really didn’t like her look.
Not a single thing.
Now I know why the model only showed off the back of this Chanel Fall 2009 Couture gown, because from the front it’s a mess.
It doesn’t flatter her. The ruffles around her hips and the black accents really put me off this look.
At present she is my least favourite of the night.
Really shocked by this major disappointment.

Meh Award
Many of you won’t be surprised to see Carey Mulligan wearing Prada on the red carpet at the 2010 Oscars tonight.
The Best Actress Nominee opted for a black strapless Prada dress which had a voluminous skirt with a rise and fall hem.
I loved the dress when I saw it on TV, but that’s because I saw it from the waist up.
The bodice is encrusted with stunning Swarovski crystals which cascades down the skirt.
My problem with this look is the skirt. I really wish it reached the floor all the way around, so for me this is a disappointing look for Carey.
I had a sneaking feeling she would let me down.
The look was paired with a black satin Prada clutch, black satin platform Prada heels and some beautiful earrings.

Cinderella Moment Award
Amanda Seyfried gave us the princess moment we all hoped for on the red carpet at the 2010 Oscars tonight.
We had set visualized from the Armani Privé Spring 2010 collection for Anne Hathaway, but Amanda more than does this look justice.
The strapless Privé gown has a geometric bustier encrusted with Swarovski crystals which is fitted at the waist, but it’s that full skirt accented with the luminescent crystal effect which I really love.

Designer Loyalty Award
I think Mr Mo’Nique got my memo as he decided to hang back and allow his wife to shine as she walked the red carpet at the 2010 Oscar tonight.
The first time Oscar nominee opted for a pop of colour wearing an electric blue Tadashi Shoji Spring 2010 gown.
The “Precious” star nominated for Best Supporting Actress has stuck with Tadashi Shoji throughout most of Awards season, and it’s proving to be a great working relationship because she’s never looked better.
I love the jewel detail on the bodice.
Thank god it’s ankle length.
The only downside is that big flower in her hair. A tad OTT for my liking.

Best Dressed Award
OMG…we PRAYED that we would get to see this Givenchy Spring 2010 Couture gown at a big event, because a big gown needs a big stage.
Zoe Saldana SHUT IT DOWN in her Givenchy Couture gown.
I actually yelped with joy when I saw her on E! just now, and I’m not ashamed to admit that.
This would’ve been seen by many as a big risk, or hard to pull off, but Zoe does with ease.
I love the jeweled bodice and those ruffles on the purple ombre skirt.
Her hair and make-up are flawless and she wears a purple ring to complement her skirt.
I have a feeling picking a winner for Best Dressed is going to be very tough tonight. What a great start.
