Rosalía’s ‘LUX’ World Tour Wardrobe Is A Jonathan Anderson Dior Showcase
Rosalía is currently on her LUX World Tour, her first major tour since Motomami and the live companion to her fourth studio album, Lux. The ambitious arena production blends theatrical staging, orchestral influences and immersive visual storytelling, making fashion a key part of the experience.
For the tour, Jonathan Anderson designed a series of custom Dior looks that move between ballet references, Spanish tradition and fantasy. Rather than relying on a single performance uniform, each costume helps shape a different chapter of the show, giving Rosalía a wardrobe that feels as dynamic as the production itself.

The opening ivory look immediately sets the tone. The combination of a fitted bodice and exaggerated tutu silhouette has obvious ballet influences, but it never feels precious. Instead, it establishes the theatrical scale of the production while allowing Rosalía to remain the focal point.

This black ruched Dior dress offered a sharper contrast. Embroidered brandebourgs traced across the body, while the dramatic satin tricorne-style hat added a sense of character. This is exactly the sort of piece that might feel difficult to place on a red carpet, but under stage lights it makes complete sense. The hat, in particular, feels far more at home here than it did when Priyanka Chopra wore it to The Bluff LA screening.

The blue Dior pannier dress introduced another shift in mood. Inspired by the house’s Pre-Fall 2026 collection, the layered ribbon construction made it one of the most visually striking looks of the show, creating a silhouette that commanded attention from every corner of the arena.

The final look leaned fully into fantasy. Featuring an angel-wing cape, the scale of the ensemble was entirely in keeping with the theatrical language of the show, where fashion functions as part of the storytelling.
What stands out most is how these looks avoid feeling like runway pieces simply transferred to a concert stage. Each serves a clear purpose within the wider production, helping build the visual identity of the LUX tour while keeping Rosalía firmly at the centre of the experience.
In an era where so many tour wardrobes rely on the same leotards, rhinestone catsuits and familiar stagewear tropes, there is something refreshing about seeing a performer embrace a more fashion-led approach. The result is a concert wardrobe with genuine variety, where each look contributes something different to the story being told on stage.
