Glowing expectant mother Kristen Bell looked radiant on the red carpet at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards, on Sunday held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California.
Kristen flattered her lovely baby bump in an ethereal Jenny Packham Spring 2013 gown.
To highlight the subtle almost-lavender hue of her gauzy gown, as well as the breathtaking beading on the gown’s bodice, Kristen rocked a shimmering silver clutch and sweetly feminine braid-adorned ponytail.
I think that Kristen is taking maternity chic to a whole new level with this look.
Not only does the colour and material of the dress suit her perfectly, but it highlights her new shape without making maternity the focal point.
I’m sure the Duchess will be delighted to know that her favourite designer Jenny Packham does maternity gowns.

Wow, this one amazing maternity gown. She looks cute!
The dress is lovely and she looks beautiful, but I don’t know if it is just me but… between the shoulder pads and the raised neckline, doesn’t it make it look a little like she has no neck? Everything else is stunning though!
Yes! This high-neck and structured-shoulder combination is the same thing that I disliked about Michelle Dockery’s otherwise lovely gold and cream dress tonight. It visually scrunches the head downward, as if one is neckless or stiffly shrugging the shoulders.
But I also agree with you that everything else is gorgeous.

I love this! She’s best dressed for me so far, stunning.
The dress itself is absolutely GORGEOUS… however on kristen… not so much. She is very petite and small, and therefore the shoulders look big or wide for her petite frame.. causing her neck to look a lot shorter, and diminishing her upper area. She looks hunched.. and overwhelmed by the gown on the face/shoulder area because of this.
a little bit of a fail in my books – and it’s a shame.. because the gown is divine as a maternity gown, it just fails to look good on her.
Her necks disappears a bit but still really gorgeous look overall.
The neck is a little high and the shoulder pads a little big, by she looks radiant.

I thought the shoulder details may be too overwhelming for such a small frame, but then it balances out the pregnancy expertly.
I think the top is very unflattering. She looks hunched over.
It’s a gorgeous dress and she’s gorgeous too but it really is “stumpifying” her neck. You need a swan neck to pull off this neckline.
LOVE this! What an amazing maternity gown and she styled it perfectly. She is glowing, just amazing. Definitely one of my favourites of the night. A lot of pregnant actresses should take notes from her.

I am so blown away right now, she looks impecable and just so beautiful. The dress is stunning and perfectly flattering! I had no idea that she and Dax were pregnant, man does she make pregnancy look amazing!
The fact is i liked it way better after i read she was pregnant. Because otherwise id have said a spark was missing. Either in her face or some freshness coula have been added in by pulling her hair back. But after reading she’s pregnant the softer side does register with me. It is an awesome gown. Would’ve liked to see this on Nicole Kidman.
