Looking just about as cute as a cupcake, ‘Modern Family’ star Ariel Winter struck a pose on the red carpet at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards in LA on Sunday.
Sporting a short and sweet Valentino Resort 2013 dress, along with an array of sparkling accessories – including a gold clutch, a Sylva & Cie ring, a diamond Open Hearts by Jane Seymour, Benjamin Adams London champagne topaz crystal ‘Chicago’ pumps, and an eye-catching turquoise-stone headband – Ariel kept her look fun and youthful.
While the dress isn’t quite as formal as the Globes generally demands, the multi-coloured floral print shows a dose of Ariel’s personality and will surely speak to the young actress’ core fan base.
Plus, the liberal usage of metallic accessories adds an air of awards-show-worthy glamour.
A pink lip colour completed her look.

Whilst she looks super cute, I wish that she’d worn a floor-length gown from this collection.
Like Thandie Newton’s, this dress is more appropriate for the after parties than the red carpet.

Even though I like that Ariel always looks very age-appropriate, this dress doesnt look very good on her skin tone.
I have no problem with the length, it is perfect for Ariel. However, as much as I want to like this, I don’t. I don’t really like the dress itself and I wish she had gone for a silver clutch to better match her other accessories. She is so gorgeous though.
