Selena Gomez Delivers Two Prada Looks at Rare Impact Benefit
Selena Gomez hosted her fourth annual Rare Impact Fund Benefit at the Hollywood Palladium on Wednesday, giving us two very different Prada looks for the occasion.

Red Remains Her Colour
I think we have firmly established that red is Selena’s best, favourite and most consistent colour, and she gave me absolutely no reason to reconsider that opinion when she arrived looking this gorgeous in Prada.
I could spend time discussing how frustratingly inconsistent Prada has been over the past seven days, delivering a BDOTW and BDOTY-worthy look for Scarlett Johansson, a disappointing outing for Sophie Okonedo, and darts we had to overlook on Cynthia Erivo. But I’d much rather marvel at how beautifully the draped peplum sculpts this strapless design.
The abstract embroidery ensures Selena was the belle of her own ball, while the red satin Prada pumps were the perfect finishing touch.

Prada Act II
Prada was two for two with Selena, who changed into a second look while hosting the event.
This desert-coloured column dress needed the multicoloured crystals, sequins and silver fringe to lift the neutral base, and the embellishments did exactly that. While the dangling earrings complemented the detailing beautifully.
While the red dress remains my favourite, I appreciate that Selena gave us two distinct approaches looks, with Prada delivering on both occasions.
