Stacy Martin Embraces Understated Elegance in Louis Vuitton
Stacy Martin joined her co-stars CaitrÃona Balfe and Daisy Edgar-Jones for the Sense and Sensibility LA premiere, held at The United Theater on Wednesday.
The French actress wore a navy Louis Vuitton slip dress with delicate embroidered straps, allowing the detailing around the neckline to do most of the work.
There was a time when Stacy gravitated towards more directional Louis Vuitton looks, but her style has become increasingly understated, and this premiere felt like the perfect occasion to embrace that softer approach.
I like the simplicity of this look. Navy is a lovely alternative to black, and her relaxed hairstyle complements the easy elegance of the dress.
My only issue is the length. It doesn’t ruin the clean silhouette, but taking a little off the hem would have made a noticeable difference.
Still, this is an elegant outing for Stacy, with just the right amount of jewellery to complement the details on her dress.
