Thandie Newton In Magda Butrym & Oscar de la Renta – 2018 Toronto International Film Festival

Thandie Newton In Magda Butrym & Oscar de la Renta - 2018 Toronto International Film Festival

Thandie Newton was showcasing her sartorial style in two different ways during Toronto Film Festival.

DIRECTV House: The British actress took us on ’80s trip with Magda Butrym’s Borneo mini dress. While the rose print set against a soft blue backdrop is striking, its’ really pouffed shoulders that create the dramatic visual effect, especially with those bounty of curls. There was a insouciant sweetness about the look, from her head to her feet.

‘The Death And Life Of John F. Donovan’ Toronto International Film Festival Premiere: Falling to an elegant floor-sweeping length with cascades of sumptuous velvet, this Oscar de la Renta gown is a vision of emerald imbued with red carpet glamour. Thandie kept the her Bulgari accessories to a bare minimum, only opting to mildly tame her curls on this occasion.

CHAOS x LOVE Magazine Party

Sienna Miller was joined by a host of models at the CHAOS x LOVE magazine party on Thursday (June 7) in New York City.

Cindy Bruna: Looking ever so statuesque, the model wore a Carmen March Spring 2018 two piece look rendered in a summery lilac hue with sharp pleats and buckle-fastening tabs. I love the uniqueness of the look so much that I can forgive the unforgiving linen fabric.

Shanina Shaik: You can’t go wrong with a LWD this season. Shanina’s Magda Butrym ‘Durango’ dress gathered and draped texture through the skirt breathes nonchalance into the elegant finish.

Josephine Skriver: Leather trousers on a balmy evening in New York doesn’t appear to be a great idea, but Josephine keeps her look cool with an off-the-shoulder top.

Kendall Jenner: Always likely to stand out, the model wore a bright orange Nicolas Jebran Spring 2018 dress which featured a similar draped detail like Shanina’s dress with a contemporary asymmetric hem. Gianvito Rossi ‘Stark’ sandals rounded out her look.

Cindy Bruna really stands out for me.

Roselyn Sanchez In Magda Butrym – ‘Traffik’ LA Premiere

Roselyn Sanchez attended the premiere of ‘Traffik’ on Thursday (April 19) in Hollywood, California.

Her Magda Butrym Spring 2018 blazer felt like a ode to the ’80s with its oversized construction, relaxed, slouchy fit and bold shoulders, which the actress opted to wear without a bottom half.

I have no problem with Roselyn wearing this blazer as a dress, but I feel like the Wolford tights took some of the gloss off the look, nullifying the overall impact.

Kendall Jenner In Magda Butrym – The Ellen DeGeneres Show

Kendall Jenner made a guest appearance on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’, which airs in the US today (March 15).

The April Vogue cover star, who recently welcomed two new nieces — Kylie Jenner‘s daughter Stormi and Kim Kardashian West‘s daughter Chicago shared, “I have moments where I’m like ‘Do I have baby fever? Do I want a baby right now?’ But I don’t. I’m good, I can wait a little while longer.”

The model had legs for days wearing a Magda Butrym ‘Split’ dress from the Spring 2018 collection which she styled with Gianvito Rossi ‘Stark’ sandals.

I love how this off-the-shoulder polka dot design shows a flirty and more playful side to her style, and how the Alice band sets off a slight retro vibe to her look.

London Evening Standard Theatre Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Many more stars were in attendance at the London Evening Standard Theatre Awards were held on Sunday (December 3) in London, England, where all modes of elegance reigned supreme.

Annabelle Wallis: She was the very picture of modern glamour in this Stella McCartney black lace gown. I love how the perfect plunge neckline and semi-sheer, layered effect gave this dress a sultry yet sophisticated finish—juxtaposed with the classic elegance of old-Hollywood waves and a red lip.

Ophelia Lovibond: Not content to let her look go fully the way of monochromatic minimalism, Olivia enlivened this Emporio Armani Fall 2017 halter dress with a bright-pink clutch. It was unexpected, but gave the look its own unique flair.

Olivia Culpo sees red in Magda Butrym while out in Long Island City

Olivia Culpo was spotted making great strides across New York City on Thursday (July 27) afternoon.

My style obsession grew that been deeper upon seeing the model wearing this Magda Butrym Spring 2017 dress, which despite its asymmetrical cuts, ruffles, cut-outs and Victorian-inspirations, feels very romantic.

Amping up the look with Le Silla’s over-the-knee boots and nails worked in her favour, but I’m glad she stopped there as anything more would’ve overcooked the look.

Rita Ora In Magda Butrym & ALEXACHUNG – Out In New York & The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Leaving her ’70s hippie-dippy ways in the not-so-distant past, Rita Ora stepped out again in New York City on Tuesday (July 18) before swinging by ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ for a performance.

Out in New York: First up, she donned a Magda Butrym Spring 2017 high-low dress and turned it into a girly, French-inspired getup with the beret. Retro influences still remained with the Dita Collection cat-eye shades, creating a cute finish to the look, but the blinding-white sneakers just didn’t fit in—no matter how comfortable they were.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: Looking radiant, she wore a pyjama-stripe pantsuit from the ALEXACHUNG Pre-Fall 2017 collection. My affinity for the loose, menswear-influenced pieces grew with Rita’s more streamlined interpretation—with the buttoned blazer sans white dress shirt.

Many of you couldn’t get on board with her ’70s show. What do you make of her latest round of looks?
