FENDI Presents The Baguette® 26424 Re-Edition

Fendi celebrated The Baguette® 26424 Re-Edition alongside The Baguette Lab at its Madison Avenue flagship in New York City, offering guests a first look at the new design first unveiled in Maria Grazia Chiuri’s Fall/Winter 2026–27 debut collection. The evening also spotlighted craftsmanship, restoration, and the staying power of one of the House’s most recognisable accessories. Here is a look at the notable guests, all dressed in Fendi.

Jewellery Took A Back Seat

Blake Lively kept things relaxed in a fitted black Fendi tank styled with black jeans, glossy pointed pumps, and a beige trench casually draped over one arm. There was an ease to the look that felt uncharacteristically, and refreshingly, unfussy for Blake. We know she is the queen of over-accessorising; it is part of her signature. But here, she actually allowed the embellished Fendi Baguette bag to be the centre of attention.

Considered accessories, wardrobe basics, and glossy hair? Are we seeing a new style chapter for Blake?

Quiet Boho Glamour

Olivia Wilde took the opposite approach in a fluid ivory Fendi gown that leaned into understated elegance. The simplicity of the silhouette allowed the soft draping and delicate shoulder detailing to speak for themselves, while the shimmering gold Baguette added just enough contrast. It had the feeling of a return to her favoured boho-luxe leaning, though that came through more in the halo-braided hairstyle than the dress itself.

Sassy, Not Subtle

Ayra Starr brought early-2000s attitude to the event in dark-wash jeans paired with an off-the-shoulder white shirt styled to reveal a sliver of midriff. The look felt intentionally sassy, with the black Baguette front and centre.

Lace With A Sharp Edge

Lux Pascal also styled her look with glossy black Fendi pointed pumps, but I suspect most people will be too distracted by the lace skirt to notice. Personally, I think three of the Baguettes displayed behind her – the black, animal-print, and grommet Fendi styles – would have been stronger styling options than the gold version she carried.

Double Denim

Ella Hunt delivered one of the strongest casual looks of the night, though it almost slipped into weekend territory. Simple, wearable, yet effective, with the bag doing much of the heavy lifting.
