Emily Blunt Wore Michael Kors Collection To ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’ London Photocall

Emily Blunt joined her The Devil Wears Prada 2 cast mate Simone Ashley for the London photocall held at the V&A South Kensington today.

Following her New York after-party Balmain look, which featured a black turtleneck, she returned to the same styling formula, this time courtesy of Michael Kors Collection, pairing it with a hand-embroidered petal skirt that brings energy to the look.

Does she look good? Yes.

Is it way too hot to be wearing a turtleneck in London this afternoon? Also yes. But the overall look, the mood, sunglasses and the attitude still carry it.

The Valentino Garavani Rockstud sandals, however, feel dated in this context, especially when the rest of the look leans so strongly into a modern, elevated direction. I don’t have the same nostalgic affinity for Rockstuds as I do for the Saint Laurent Trib Too sandals.
