Ryan Gosling Wore Gucci On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
Ryan Gosling returned to the spotlight on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where the actor discussed his upcoming film Project Hail Mary, shared the advice Mike Myers gave him before hosting Saturday Night Live for the first time, and even surprised his wife Eva Mendes with a birthday serenade from the studio audience and the North Bergen High School marching band.

Can you believe this is their first public appearance together in more than a decade?
If you were wondering whether Ryan might be one of those ambassadors who shifted allegiance when the creative director musical chairs happened, you will be pleased to know he remains firmly loyal to Gucci.

His Barbie era delivered a parade of pastel suits and playful colour from the Italian house, so it will be interesting to see whether this Project Hail Mary press tour follows a more restrained direction. Then again, Ryan also embraced plenty of colour during press tours for The Fall Guy and The Gray Man, so I would not rule out a few surprises.
For this late night appearance, however, the mood was deliberately understated. Ryan opted for a Gucci wool cashmere double breasted jacket styled with black trousers and a black shirt, allowing the tailoring to do the work.
The jacket is the clear hero here. The strong shoulders, sharp peak lapels, and signature gold buttons tap into the house’s heritage tailoring codes.

Eva’s appearance was a welcome surprise. She was notably absent throughout the Barbie press tour, so I would love to see her join him on the red carpet when the Project Hail Mary premiere lands.
It has been far too long since we last saw Eva Mendes on a red carpet.
She has four opportunities to make a red carpet appearance: the London premiere on March 9, the Paris premiere on March 11, the Mexico City premiere on March 13, and the New York premiere on March 17.
