Celebrities at the 2026 Palm Springs International Film Awards
Here is a roundup of the remaining celebrities from the Palm Springs International Film Awards, held on Saturday in California, who joined Elle Fanning, Jessie Buckley, Renate Reinsve, Teyana Taylor, and Kate Hudson.

A Soft, Confident Start to 2026
Chase Infiniti, our Best Newcomer of 2025, stepped into 2026 with poise in a luxe pink satin Louis Vuitton draped dress. The fabric alone does much of the heavy lifting, catching the light beautifully with its fluidity. What really elevates this look, though, is the styling. The hair and makeup bring a fresh, youthful glow that feels entirely in tune with where Chase is right now.. This was a strong opening statement for the year ahead.

Minimalism With Thoughtful Detail
Rose Byrne kept things refined in a black Celine Resort 2026 dress. At first glance, this could read as simple, but the neckline and sculpted hips introduce subtle structure, adding interest to the silhouette. This is a reminder that pared-back dressing doesn’t have to fade into the background.

I Wanted To Love This
I was genuinely excited to see this Balenciaga Spring 2026 dress make its red carpet debut. The silhouette carries a retro spirit that once defined Amanda Seyfried’s Miu Miu era, making this feel like a natural on-paper pairing. In reality, it doesn’t quite come together. While I appreciate the Aquazzura Mon Amour pumps, the overall balance feels slightly off. An updo might have sharpened the look and clarified the intent. Tiffany & Co. jewels completed the look.

Not So Understated
Chloé Zhao stepped outside her usual soft, understated lane in a Lanvin Fall 2025 embellished dress, and the change feels refreshing.

Tailoring That Holds Its Ground
Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas opted for a Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2025 tuxedo, delivering a welcome counterpoint to the surrounding gowns. The tailoring is sharp and confident, and the choice itself speaks to a clear sense of self. It more than held its own on a red carpet dominated by dresses.

A Bold Red Departure From Her Usual Palette
Mia Goth, known for her preference for darker hues, surprised me in a red leather McQueen strapless high-low dress. The colour alone makes this a standout, but the structure ensures it still feels aligned with her aesthetic. It’s a departure that works precisely because it doesn’t abandon her signature edge.
Styled by Jamie Mizrahi.

Tailoring That Matches the Moment
Winner of the Outstanding Artistic Achievement Award, Miley Cyrus chose a Tom Ford Resort 2026 suit. The sharp lines and confident fit made this feel entirely appropriate for the occasion, reinforcing her ongoing evolution and consistently shifting style narrative.
Styled by Bradley Kenneth.

No To The Footwear
Mona Fastvold wore a Khaite Resort 2026 dress with a silhouette that worked beautifully. My hesitation lies with the two-tone Khaite Harvey boots, which distracted from an otherwise clean, considered look. Tiffany & Co. jewels completed her outfit.
